Booking Amount Policy
At [Company Name], we require a booking amount to secure your desired property. This amount ensures your interest in the property and initiates the purchase process.
The booking amount is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
The amount will be adjusted against the total property price at the time of final payment.
If the buyer fails to complete the transaction within the agreed timeline, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the amount.
Changes to the selected property or payment terms may be subject to additional charges.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. Below are the refund and cancellation terms:
1. Cancellation by Buyer:
If the buyer cancels before signing the agreement, a partial refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges.
If the cancellation happens after agreement signing, the refund will be as per the terms stated in the contract.
If a loan is involved, the refund process will follow the lender’s policies.
2. Cancellation by the Company:
If the project is delayed, discontinued, or faces unforeseen legal issues, a full refund of the booking amount will be initiated.
If the buyer violates the terms of the agreement, the company may cancel the booking without a refund.
3. Refund Process:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30-45 business days from the date of cancellation request.
Any applicable deductions (processing fees, administrative charges, legal expenses) will be notified to the buyer in advance.
Possession Policy
Possession of the property will be granted upon full payment and completion of all legal formalities.
Possession Date: The possession timeline will be communicated at the time of booking and mentioned in the agreement.
Final Payment: Buyers must clear all pending dues, including registration charges, maintenance fees, and government levies, before taking possession.
Handover Process: A final inspection will be conducted, and a possession letter will be issued upon clearance.
Delay in Possession: If possession is delayed due to construction or legal reasons, the company will provide a revised timeline and necessary compensation, if applicable.
Buyer’s Responsibility: Any delay in taking possession after the due date may result in additional maintenance or holding charges.
